The cores have NO tears or holes. They will have pitting and may have some dings and dents. They are NOT intended to be used as is but are for the purpose of chrome plating. They wont turn out for anodization since there is pitting but with chrome plating the pitting can be filled and buffed giving a perfectly smooth finish.
