Pork Rillette SarthoiseOur rillettes are made exclusively with Pork. Traditional recipe from the Sarthois terroir, a layer of covering fat protects them from the air and allows them to be preserved. Their cooking for several hours and the particular care given to the browning gives a subtle preparation. This is expressed by a set of complex aromas combining the scent of slightly caramelized meat juices, ample notes and a slightly peppery background. Jar of 150 Gr
