Txakolina Rosado '24Txakoli Ros made primarily from the native Hondarribi Beltza grape variety, from vineyards in Getaria. The fruit was harvested manually in early October, the de stemmed grapes macerate for 12 hours before pressing. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and then aged on lees until bottling.
