Z4 Rubber Olympic Grip PlatesThe rubber grip plates have a large grip area and load and are available in 2. 5, 5, 10, 25, 35, and 45 lb weights. The stainless steel hubs are hydraulically pressed into a permanent position to prevent surface damage to plates and bars. The internal casings, made from high grade ductile steel cast iron material ensure durability and are fully encased in high grade rubber. The 10, 25, 35, and 45 lb plates have a tri spoke design for easy handling.
